We provide dedicated daytime care specifically designed for children with diverse special needs. Highly specialized staff deliver personalized support, integrating therapeutic and educational activities aligned with each child's developmental goals to foster growth and well-being.
After-School Special Needs Care: $50 - $150 week
Our after-school program offers a safe and engaging environment for children with special needs. Staff members ensure individualized attention and incorporate tailored activities that promote learning and social interaction, complementing the child's overall care plan.
Parent Support Workshops: $0 - $50 per workshop
We will hosts workshops aimed at empowering parents with strategies and resources to effectively support their children. These sessions address common challenges and provide guidance within a supportive community setting.
Customized Care Plans extend hours: $15-$25 per hour
Individualized support designed around each child—and shaped with the parent’s input. Note prices are based on the needs of the child.

Katharine Grieser is the founder of Limitless Learners and a passionate advocate for children with unique needs. As a mother of five, including an 11-year-old autistic son, Katharine has experienced firsthand the challenges families face in finding truly inclusive care and support. Her personal journey fuels her mission to create a program where every child feels accepted and valued for exactly who they are.
In addition to her role as a parent, Katharine brings more than five years of experience in running and managing a business. She has developed strong skills in leadership, project management, financial oversight, and community engagement—tools she now uses to guide the growth and sustainability of Limitless Learners. Her background in business, combined with her lived experience as a mother, allows her to bridge both professional expertise and heartfelt advocacy in her leadership.
Katharine’s vision for Limitless Learners is rooted in the belief that children who are often told they are “too much” or “not enough” deserve a place where they are celebrated as “just right.” Her commitment to building a supportive, inclusive environment is at the heart of the organization, and she is dedicated to ensuring families feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Weston Rea is a dedicated financial professional with extensive experience in accounting, financial planning, and treasury management. As both an Accountant and Treasurer, he oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and strategic financial planning.
With a strong background in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis, Weston plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. He are responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, managing audits, and overseeing all treasury functions, including investments, banking relationships, and risk management.
Weston holds a degree in Business Management from Colorado Tech University and brings 8+ years of experience in both corporate and nonprofit financial environments. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to transparency, Weston ensures that all fiscal decisions align with the organization’s long-term goals and fiduciary responsibilities.
Jennifer Deener is a dedicated advocate for children with special needs, inspired by her 12-year-old high-functioning autistic son who also has IED and other diagnoses.
With an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and firsthand experience navigating the challenges and triumphs of raising a neurodiverse child, Jennifer brings both professional insight and personal passion to her role.
She is committed to fostering inclusion, raising awareness, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
