Katharine Grieser is the founder of Limitless Learners and a passionate advocate for children with unique needs. As a mother of five, including an 11-year-old autistic son, Katharine has experienced firsthand the challenges families face in finding truly inclusive care and support. Her personal journey fuels her mission to create a program where every child feels accepted and valued for exactly who they are.
In addition to her role as a parent, Katharine brings more than five years of experience in running and managing a business. She has developed strong skills in leadership, project management, financial oversight, and community engagement—tools she now uses to guide the growth and sustainability of Limitless Learners. Her background in business, combined with her lived experience as a mother, allows her to bridge both professional expertise and heartfelt advocacy in her leadership.
Katharine’s vision for Limitless Learners is rooted in the belief that children who are often told they are “too much” or “not enough” deserve a place where they are celebrated as “just right.” Her commitment to building a supportive, inclusive environment is at the heart of the organization, and she is dedicated to ensuring families feel seen, heard, and empowered.
